Managing Collaborators
Keep your collaboration organized and secure.
View Collaborators
- Open your tree
- Click "Collaborators" in settings
- See list of all collaborators with their permissions
Change Permissions
- Find the collaborator in the list
- Click "Edit Permissions"
- Select new permission level
- Click "Save"
Remove Collaborators
- Find the collaborator
- Click "Remove"
- Confirm removal
⚠️ Note: Removing a collaborator immediately revokes their access to the tree.
Best Practices
- Start with Viewer access, upgrade to Editor if needed
- Limit Manager access to trusted family members
- Review collaborators regularly
- Remove inactive collaborators
