Canceling Subscription
Cancel your paid plan at any time, no questions asked.
How to Cancel
- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select reason for canceling (optional)
- Click "Confirm Cancellation"
What Happens After Cancellation
- Access continues until end of billing period
- No refund for current period
- Automatically downgrade to Free plan
- Data exceeding Free limits becomes view-only
- No data is deleted
Free Plan Limitations
After downgrade to Free:
- Can only edit 2 families, 5 trees, 100 members
- Extra data becomes view-only
- Storage limited to 10 MB
- Basic collaboration only

- All data preserved
- Immediate access to features
